He is also a seasoned management consultant with experience in the London office of PwC, and has successfully led a management consultancy firm in Nigeria over the last five years.

Dapo was an international tax partner at one of the longest established firms in the UK, where, at the time of his election, he became the first Black partner in the City of London. He pioneered many leading-edge tax techniques, having established the first UK/Soviet joint venture, which became a template for investing in former communist countries for many years. He was invited to deliver the first public courses for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) on transfer pricing.

Dapo has written on tax policy and predicted the emergence of general anti-avoidance legislation a decade before it appeared. He has won assignments from clients of all types, from all continents and nationalities, ranging from Japanese and American multinationals to Indian industrialists and European entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals.
