Tetra Tech is a leading provider of consulting and engineering services.

The Company supports government and commercial clients by providing innovative solutions focused on water, environment, infrastructure, resource management, energy, and international development

We assisted Tetratech in securing a number of projects in both the public and private sector in Nigeria, ranging from Projects with the Asset Management Company of Nigeria, the Lagos State government, to projects with various power generation and electricity distribution companies.

We also provided ongoing global mobility and corporate services support throughout the lifecycles of the projects.

Eversheds Sutherland provides legal advice and solutions to a global client base ranging from small and mid-sized businesses to the largest multinationals.

METALLIC INC.

Metallic Inc is a global cultural advisory consultancy outfit, it has clients ranging from leading popular culture figures to established brands like Nike, Supreme and Converse

We assist Metallic Inc in all aspects of global mobility and corporate support services on all their activities in Nigeria. Metallic’s activities in Nigeria include hosting one of the largest festivals in Africa known as the “Homecoming Festival”; this is a three day art, culture and music festival, which culminates in a major closing concert with international acts from all over the world.

Middleton handles almost all global mobility and corporate support services relating to this festival, ranging from arranging insurance, securing permits, paymaster services for vendors and immigration support services for all arrivals including high profile attendees.

NEXANT INC.

Nexant touches the customer experience from multiple perspectives as a globally recognized software, consulting, and services leader. Nexant works to solve problems and help utilities, energy enterprises, chemical companies, and government entities worldwide.

As part of the Power Africa Programme we assisted Nexant with the settlement, transportation and accommodation of their staff. We secured the Temporary work permit of the workers, and also successfully embedded them on our expatriate quota with which they were able to obtain their Combined Expatriate Residence Permit and Aliens Card.

We provided serviced accommodation, security and transportation for the engineers. Finally we continually assisted with their banking needs throughout the duration of the project.

SYNGENTA

Syngenta AG is a global company that produces agrochemicals and seeds and is based in Basel, Switzerland.

We worked with Syngenta in processing approval from The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control for the importation of agrochemicals and seeds into the Nigerian market.

We structured a partnership with a local agronomy centre to conduct various pilots and exercises necessary to obtain the necessary regulatory approval; we also provided the necessary global mobility and corporate support services.

CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC FINANCE MANAGEMENT (CIPFA)

CIPFA, the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy, is the professional body for people in public finance. As the world’s only professional accountancy body to specialise in public services, CIPFA’s portfolio of qualifications are the foundation for a career in public finance.
Middleton assisted CIPFA in identifying a local partner and structuring a cohesive partnership structure that allowed for Nigerian Civil servants have access to the CIPFA curriculum and qualification. We identified a Public Finance Management Consultancy that rolled out the CIPFA curriculum and accreditation.
We also assisted CIPFA in securing the necessary approval of the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation of Nigeria, which gave access to all of the accountants in the Nigerian public sector

GLOBAL CITIZEN

The Global Citizen Festival is an annual music festival started in 2012 and organized by Global Poverty Project. The Global Citizen Festival is part of a movement to end extreme poverty. By contributing to charity acts on the website, including watching videos and signing petitions, fans can get free tickets to the festival. In addition, the organizers are striving to make the event “global” by live-streaming events in public locations. Since 2015, the goals of the festival have been closely aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Middleton provides ongoing global mobility support to directors and other staff members of Global Citizen on short term assignments and business trips to Nigeria.
Middleton has also been engaged to provide global mobility and corporate support service for the Lagos leg of the Global Citizen Festival 2020. We will be handling the support of over 1000 staff members and guests during this period.

AYO BANJO – MANAGING DIRECTOR AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Ayo is a qualified solicitor of the senior courts of England and Wales, he is a Law graduate from the University College London. He is also a seasoned management consultant with experience in the London office of PWC and has also successfully led a management consultancy firm in Nigeria over the last five years.

Ayo is the principal lead for the majority of our global mobility and corporate support engagements for the firm. He has successfully led and executed a number of engagements with a range of high profile clients, including the US government, Nike, Nexant, Eversheds and Syngenta.

Ayos’ understanding of the Nigerian political and economic terrain and his experience of working in and with multinational organization grants him a unique vantage point to effectively deliver for international clients and their strategic objectives in the Nigerian and African Market as a whole.

DAPO LADIMEJI – TAXATION AND ACCOUNTING LEAD

Dapo leads our tax and compliance line of service; he studied Philosophy at the University of Cambridge.

Dapo was an international tax partner at one of the longest established firms in the UK, where, at the time of his election, he became the first Black partner in the City of London. He pioneered many leading edge tax techniques, having established the first UK/Soviet joint venture, which became a template for investing in former communist countries for many years. He was invited to deliver the first public courses for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) on Transfer Pricing.

Dapo has written on tax policy and predicted the emergence of general anti-avoidance legislation a decade before it appeared. He has won assignments from clients of all types, from all continents and nationalities - ranging from Japanese and American multinationals to Indian industrialists and European entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals.

OLADAPO ADEMOLA – LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE LEAD

Oladapo Ademola (LLB, BL) holds degrees from the University of Warwick and the University of Dundee (with distinction). ‘Dapo is an expert litigation and transaction lawyer with vast experience in varied Legal practice areas, most notably oil and gas, power, general commercial law, banking and finance, and technology, media and intellectual property.

An assertive and highly competent litigator, also wellversed in commercial and investment arbitration, Dapo is recognised by clients for his ability to creatively resolve legal disputes and to broker complex deals that respect all parties’ interests and varied operational considerations.

Dapo has deep legal sensibilities and appreciation for the fine points of the law – almost inevitably so, given his recognised personal pedigree as son, grandson, brother and nephew to both past and present Nigerian legal luminaries, including the first indigenous Chief Justice. Informed and especially well connected, Dapo has commented and published on oil and gas, power regulation, credit and legal risk in project finance, and the drafting and interpretation of contracts in Nigeria.

FOLARIN KOKU – LOGISTICS AND SECURITY LEAD

Folarin is a security and logistics specialist, specialising in provision of high-grade security and logistics solutions to private individuals, corporate organisations and the Nigerian Government.

A retired British Army Officer, who has seen active service in Afghanistan, Folarin seeks to fuse lessons and understanding gained through 10 years of service with the British Army, with local understanding of the Nigerian Security landscape. BADEJO ONADUJA – INSURANCE LEAD

Badejo has B. Sc. (Hons.) degree in Insurance (1986) from the University of Lagos. He equally has M. B. A in Marketing from Lagos State University (1999) and Professional qualification of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London (ACII) in 1990. He has attended various courses in Management and Leadership including HSBC Group, London organized training courses on Oil and Gas Insurance which dwelt on Oil and Gas Engineering Basics Upstream Exploration and Production Processes Overview of Global Insurance Market Downstream Processes and Refining Exploration and Production Insurance Mobile offshore Drilling Unit Construction Loss Adjusting.

Badejo has 30 years experience in Insurance Broking, Marketing, Underwriting claims and Risk Management.

Badejo has successfully managed major International Oil Companies (IOC) accounts like Total E and P Nigeria (Formerly ELF Petroleum) Agip Oil, Addax Petroleum, Total Nigeria Plc and Marginal oil field Operators like Mart Energy Services Ltd, Midwestern Oil and Gas Plc, NRG Drilling Nigeria Ltd, Energia Oil etc. for over 6 years as a Broker and over 15 years as an underwriter.
